Service Description
Reserve the WCAC Wellness Room for your client session. Bring your own sheets and supplies, and leave the room clean. After your session, please submit your 10 % contribution to WCAC via Venmo @wcac802 or check.
Cancellation Policy
Wellness Room use is by approved WCAC practitioners only. • Bring your own sheets, towels, and supplies. • Leave the room clean and reset for the next practitioner. • The room is not reserved until WCAC confirms your booking. • Cancellations: please email 802wcac@gmail.com as soon as possible. • If cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved time, WCAC may limit future booking requests. • After your client session, 10 % of your session fee is owed as a contribution to WCAC’s Wellness Room & Scholarship Fund (Venmo @WinhallArtsCenter or check payable to Winhall Community Arts Center). • Scholarship clients must be accepted as part of WCAC’s program when approved. By reserving the room, you agree to these policies.
