About the event
Participants will enjoy a 45-minute session where they will receive community-style NADA Auricular Therapy & Reiki for health and wellness. There will be several lounge chairs available as well as yoga mats and bolsters. Please reach out to us via email if you need to request a chair to be more comfortable. Everyone is welcome to join us for tea, light bites, and conversation after the meditation. Please arrive by 5:45 pm to check in and get cozy. Community Meditation starts promptly at 6:00.
