About the event
Schedule an appointment with Neighborhood Connections to learn about the programs, resources, and support they offer to promote health and well-being. From the end of April through the end of May, Neighborhood Connections will be undertaking a targeted effort to enable residents of Winhall to take advantage of the many financial benefit programs to which they may be entitled, but unfamiliar with. Neighborhood Connections can will help with advising, completing applications, handling delivery to the appropriate federal or state offices for processing, and follow-up.
Programs that can be explored include 3SquaresVT (SNAP benefits), Seasonal Fuel Assistance, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs (including Vermont’s prescription “V-Pharm” plan), Green Mountain Power discounts, and more. Discover how their work in advocacy, education, and social services supports individuals and families.
