MEDITATION COMMUNITY

Join us for an hour-long guided meditation with sound healing. No meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable. A limited number of zero-gravity chairs are available.
