Halloween Volunteer Meeting/Pizza Party

As we gear up for our annual Halloween extravaganza on Tues 10/31/23. we are thrilled to invite you to a special meeting tomorrow at The Winhall Community Arts Center to select your costumes and roles for the big day.  We are still in need of costumed volunteers (scary and not scary), parking directors, set-up, clean-up, and parking lot Zombies….there are many, many ways you can help! Spread the word and share with your friends, this can count as Community Service for local students.

Pizza Lunch provided! 

This meeting will be a great opportunity for us to come together, share ideas, and ensure that everything is in place for an unforgettable Halloween celebration. Your involvement and creative input are crucial in making this event a success, and we are excited to see or help you pick out your costumes and discuss your roles. We have many costumes scary and non-scary for you to pick from. 

Please RSVP to this invitation by 10/27/23 to confirm your attendance so we can order enough Pizza for everyone. 

We want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and excited about their role for Halloween.
